- - 24 wonton wrappers
- - 1 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
- - 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts finely chopped
- - 4 oz cream cheese softened
- - 1/4 cup sour cream
- - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- - 1 garlic clove minced
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Press wonton wrappers into mini muffin tins.
Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Spoon filling into cups.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
