  • 12 pieces Fresh Strawberries Choose ripe and firm strawberries.
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream Store-bought or homemade.
  • 24 pieces Mini Chocolate Chips Can use colored candy eyes for fun.
  • 1 medium Peeled Banana Slices Use for Santa's noses.

Preparation

  • Choose ripe strawberries and rinse them gently under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  • Slice off the tops of the strawberries to create a stable base.
  • Coat the top of each strawberry with whipped cream to make Santa's hat.
  • Push two mini chocolate chips into the whipped cream for eyes.
  • Place a banana slice below the eyes for the nose.
  • Add more whipped cream for Santa's beard and sprinkle some on the banana nose.
  • Repeat the process for all strawberries.
  • Keep them in the fridge until serving.

Notes

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Prepping the night before saves time and enhances flavors.
