- - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan plus extra for topping
- - 1 large egg
- - 1 tsp garlic powder
- - 1 tsp onion powder
- - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- - 2 cups sugar-free tomato sauce
- - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- - 1 tbsp olive oil
