  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 200 g cooked noodles ramen or spaghetti
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook sliced chicken in sesame oil until golden on both sides.
  • Add garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant. Pour in soy sauce and brown sugar, and let it bubble until it thickens into a sticky glaze.
  • Toss in cooked noodles and stir well to coat everything evenly.

Notes

To avoid overly salty sauce, don’t add extra soy sauce. Use fresh garlic and ginger for best flavor. Reheat leftovers with a splash of water or soy sauce to refresh the glaze.
