In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy.
In a pan, warm the cooked chicken with a spoon of the peanut sauce until the chicken is coated and slightly golden.
Lay a chapati or tortilla on a plate. Add chicken, carrots, and cilantro. Drizzle more spicy peanut sauce on top, sprinkle peanuts, and roll it up tightly.
Notes
Use fresh lime juice to brighten the sauce. Avoid overfilling the wraps to prevent tearing. Sauce can be prepared ahead and stored in the fridge.
