- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- chopped nuts or chocolate chips optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
Whisk in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add sugar and vanilla pudding mix. Stir until smooth.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
