Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup vegan cream cheese softened
  • - 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce like Frank’s
  • - 1/2 cup vegan ranch dressing
  • - 1 cup cooked chickpeas or vegan chicken strips
  • - 1/2 cup shredded vegan cheese
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a bowl, mix vegan cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch until smooth.
  • Stir in chickpeas (mash half lightly) or vegan chicken strips.
  • Add vegan shredded cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to baking dish and bake 20 minutes until bubbly.
  • Sprinkle with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a healthier dip, replace half the cream cheese with plain vegan yogurt.
  • Add chopped carrots or cauliflower for extra veggies.
  • Make-ahead: Mix dip and refrigerate overnight, then bake before serving.
